At least 300 employees of TaskUs, a BPO in Indore that offers digital-transformation services were let go all of a sudden without any warning.

Naturally, the shocked employees chose to protest and demand answers. A video of the same has grabbed eyeballs, wherein employees allege that the officials did not appear to feel any regret or remorse while informing them of their termination. In fact, the employees are saddened by the fact that the officials actually appeared to be happy to deliver the news of their termination.

The employees were reportedly accused of fraud and were told that their projects had been closed down due to irregularities as a result of their wrong actions. Of course the employees deny any wrong activity on their part and feel they have been unjustly terminated for no fault of theirs.

The suddenness of the terminations has angered and disappointed the employees most of whom were seen crying desperately and letting out their frustration while begging the management to be considerate.

Staring at a bleak future, the laid off employees are hoping against hope to get back their jobs somehow.

It hasn’t been long since TaskUs was in the news for its strategic partnership with Red Points, the provider of AI brand-protection solutions. This partnership was aimed at offering clients complete digital protection combining artificial intelligence (AI) and human talent to save users from fake accounts, fraud, suspicious credentials, and so on.
