After serving Practus for over five years, Aditi Nair has moved to APAC Financial Services to take up the role of chief people officer (CPO).

This alumna of Mumbai University from where she completed an MBA in Human Resources, served as HR relationship manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank in the initial years of her career. She was soon elevated to associated vice president-corporate HR, in May of 2007.

From April 2016 to November 2020 Aditi Nair worked with Indostar Capital Finance as vice president-human capital management.

Among other responsibilities, she led talent acquisition, onboarding, and post-merger integration. She designed compensation structures, performance management, and career progression. She also drove HR digital transformation, including LMS and HRMS implementation, in addition to strengthening employee engagement and organisational communication.

December of 2020 saw her moving to Practus, to play chief people officer, based out of Mumbai. For over five years, she successfully drove a high-performance, values-driven culture through structured interventions. She also strengthened employee engagement, well-being and safe workplace programmes.

During her tenure at Practus, Aditi Nair was involved in driving community initiatives that actively engage the team, fostering participation in meaningful causes.

In her latest assignment at APAC, the tech-led MSME lender, Nair will be expected to

drive people strategy, culture, and organisational capability in line with the APAC’s growth ambitions.

She will help build a high-performance, values-driven culture, strengthening employee engagement and well-being initiatives, and leading employer branding and thought leadership efforts across APAC Financial Services.

HRKatha wishes her all the best in this endeavour!
