After successfully serving as group chief strategy officer, Allcargo Group, for over five years, Jakhar has been elevated to director – strategy & group CFO.
This role will see Jakhar lead the Indian global logistics conglomerate’s overall strategy and finance function. He will functionally oversee CFOs across all group companies including Allcargo Logistics’ wholly-owned global subsidiary ECU Worldwide, Allcargo Terminals, AllcargoGati and TransIndia Real Estate. He will also be responsible for group wide Centres of Excellence spanning legal, internal audit, investor relations, and mergers & acquisitions.
Jakhar will work closely with Shashi Kiran Shetty, founder and chairman, Allcargo Group to shape long-term growth strategies even while continuing to oversee Latin America and Oceania region along with various joint ventures worldwide.

Backed by over two decades of rich and diverse experience spanning strategy, finance, policy and entrepreneurship, Jakhar has completed a BTech from IIT BHU and an executive course in entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School.
