Genefied, an IT services and consulting company, has appointed Bhavana Khera as chief marketing officer (CMO).

She is backed by over 15 years of experience in strategic marketing, B2B brand building and growth leadership across SaaS, telecom and media sectors.

In her new role as CMO, she is tasked with elevating Genefied’s global brand presence and accelerating market outreach.

She will lead Genefied.ai’s overall marketing strategy, covering brand positioning, product marketing, digital campaigns, communication, and demand generation. Her focus will be on strengthening Genefied’s voice in the enterprise loyalty ecosystem, creating strong B2B narratives, and driving customer acquisition across key geographies.

Ayush Jhawar, founder & CEO, Genefied, believes that Khera’s “deep expertise in marketing strategy and her sharp understanding of the tech landscape will play a crucial role in our next phase of growth.”

He feels that as the company expands into new markets and continues building platforms such as RESCCON and products in artificial intelligence, “we need bold and strategic marketing leadership” and Khera’s “clarity of vision and experience in scaling brand functions from the ground up make her a strong fit for what lies ahead.”

Bhavana Khera has held senior marketing positions in several leading technology and enterprise companies, building award-winning campaigns, scaling marketing functions, and leading impactful brand transformations. Her career spans cross-functional collaboration with product, sales and CX teams, always driving a marketing engine rooted in data, creativity, and customer experience.

“Joining Genefied.ai at this exciting phase of growth is both inspiring and energizing,” says Khera. She looks forward “to driving a bold, customer-centric marketing approach that not only elevates the brand but also builds lasting impact in the ecosystems we serve.”

Her immediate focus will be to refine Genefied’s brand identity and launch high-impact campaigns around flagship products. Over the longer term, she will work on strengthening global brand equity, driving marketing innovation, and expanding into new customer segments.

The company helps brands strive to incorporate technology into the offerings made by various brands.
