In December 2020 she joined Morgan Stanely as executive director, diversity and inclusion. She has been essaying this role for four years now.

In her new role, beginning next year, Kaba will lead Condé Nast’s diversity strategy across its global portfolio comprising more than 20 brands in 12 countries. She will help hire, develop and sponsor a new generation of diverse talent. She will collaborate with various brand teams to “reflect Condé Nast’s commitments throughout the company’s content and also with the company’s executive leadership team to drive initiatives, training and programmes that further this vision”.

Stan Duncan, chief people officer, Condé Nast is confident of Kaba’s “impressive background across business functions and major industries, including consumer finance and banking, bringing a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to fostering inclusive work environments.” Duncan is sure that Kaba’s “proven track record of results as a business and talent leader, will undoubtedly strengthen our ongoing commitments among our teams around the world.”

In Kaba’s words, “Condé Nast’s unwavering commitment to elevating the diverse voices of its global audience, particularly in this moment, is why I am thrilled to join the organisation.
