Curefit-house of cult, which offers wellness and fitness services, has roped in Nimesh Mathur as chief human resources officer.
Nimesh Mathur was a software engineer in the initial years of his career, with Cognizant, for a little less than two years, in 2007. He then moved from Chennai to Bengaluru, to take up the position of head, recruitment business practice, eLitmus. Well over five years later, he switched to HackerRank, as head-customer success (Asia and ANZ). He stayed put at HackerRank for four years, working out of Bengaluru.
April of 2018 saw Nimesh Mathur take up the role of director-customer success (India), Pluralsight. One and a half years into this role, he moved to Branch, as head-customer success (Asia and ANZ). This stint lasted a year and eight months during which he was responsible for B2B customer success and overall post-sales revenue (retention+expansion).
Mathur’s next stop was Haptik Technologies, the conversational AI platform and subsidiary of Reliance Jio Platforms, where he joined as head, people and culture, in May 2021. In this role, Mathur worked closely with the company’s leadership to run end-to-end talent acquisition, people development, performance management, and organisational culture.
He has been a seed investor in NomadGao since October 2022. He has also been associated with Supersourcing and Klaar as a seed investor.
Mathur, who holds a BTech in electrical, electronics and communications engineering, from the University of Rajasthan, is known to be an extremely positive and supportive individual. His excellent communication skills, perseverance and integrity are sure to be an asset to Curefit-house of cult.
