    Dalbir Singh Nanua to head TA at Allcargo Global

    Nanua has moved to the global transportation, logistics, supply chain and storage brand from Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals where he was DGM-HR (TA)

    Allcargo Global, the global transportation, logistics, supply chain and storage company has appointed Dalbir Singh Nanua as head – talent acquisition.
    This Commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta began his tryst with Human Resources, as a sourcing specialist-talent acquisition with HD Dimension two decades ago, in August of 2006. Less than four years later, he joined Capgemini as talent-acquisition specialist, in 2010.

    April of 2013 saw him taking up the role of talent-acquisition officer at Ericsson. This role required him to relocate from Kolkata to Gurugram.

    From 2014 to 2017 he served Marsh & McLennan as assistant manager-talent acquisition (Mercer).

    In February of 2017 he began an association with Holcim as head of talent acquisition, based out of Bengaluru.

    His next stop was Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages as national manager-head talent acquisition, in April of 2022.
    July of 2023 was witness to Dalbir Singh Nanua taking up the role of DGM HR-talent acquisition, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals. He has been based out of Mumbai ever since.

    Driven by a deep-seated passion for recruitment, Nanua’s ability to lead multifaceted teams in aligning talent strategies with overarching business objectives will stand him in good stead in his new role at Allcargo.
