Endurance Technologies has promoted Preety Raj to president and chief human resources officer, with effect from April 2026. The move consolidates HR leadership under one role as the auto components manufacturer scales operations across India and seven international locations.

The appointment follows a stint as an executive vice president & CHRO at Endurance from August 2022 to March 2026. During that period, she led group HR for 24 plants and R&D centres in India, building integrated HR teams across corporate and plant locations and executing strategic priorities around leadership succession and transformation.
Preety Raj brings more than 25 years of HR leadership across engineering, software, banking, and media sectors. Prior to that, from October 2012 to 2016, as DGM-HR and DEI leader, she delivered end-to-end HR for the Embedded Systems business.
Before joining Bosch, Raj built her foundation across diverse sectors. She was executive HR at Lifestyle Company from 2000 to 2002, followed by assistant manager – corporate HR at CMS Computers India from 2002 to 2005. She then moved to Dena Bank as HR manager from 2005 to 2006 and later led corporate HR at Kirloskar Electric from 2006 to 2008.
