Pushkar Wadhone will lead the human resources function at HDFC Life, as vice president-HR. He has moved to the Indian private life insurance company from DP World, where he had been serving as HRBP since January of 2022.
An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Pushkar Wadhone spent the initial years of his professional journey with Sutherland Global Services, as assistant manager-human resources. From 2007 to 2010, he helped manage a total population of 1100+ employees across India and MENA region.
In October 2010, Wadhone began his over four-year long association with Sanofi. He joined as regional HR manager, West zone and went on to be HRBP-consumer healthcare.
His next stop was Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he served as HR manager for almost two years before switching to Mahindra Logistics, in November 2016.
After serving as senior manager-HR, West, for a year and nine months, Mahindra Logistics promoted Wadhone to the role of DGM-HR, West and corporate. Over three years into this role, he was thought worthy of another promotion, which made him head-TM, OD and HRBP, corporate fx.
It was in December of 2022 that he moved to DP World as HRBP.
