Intel has elevated Nupur Shrivastava to HR leader-Asia Pacific. She was earlier senior director, talent planning & acquisition-Asia Pacific.
Shrivastava’s association with Intel began in 2019 when she joined as director-business HR and D&I leader. Two years into this role, she was promoted to director-talent acquisition, D&I mentor. Ten months later came another promotion that made her senior director-talent planning and acquisition-APAC.
An alumna of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and ICFAI Business School,Nupur Shrivastava began her professional journey as an associate (part-time), marketing and event managerment, PepsiCo, in 2001. In 2004, she joined Titan Industries, as HR management trainee. From 2004 to 2006 she served as team lead-competency management, Harita TVS Technologies.
She was associated with Honeywell Technologies as HR business partner, from 2006 to 2008.
The year 2008 saw her take on the role of HR manager, Nokia R&D, Bangalore.
Her next stop was Arm, where she served as India HR head from 2015 to 2017. She was then promoted to global lead-diversity and inclusion. For the next one year and eight months she successfully led and managed a cross-cultural team to design and execute the D&I strategy at Arm with focus on all facets of D&I. She designed and lead the D&I programmes and initiatives across seven strategic locations across the globe in partnership with external organisations and local governments.
Among her areas of expertise are: development and implementation of people/HR strategy, leadership coaching & development, team management, employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, change management, as well as talent management and acquisition.
