Kaushik Das has taken on the role of senior director and head-talent and culture, TIAA, a retirement company offering asset-management service.

In September 2013, he joined Scaale Inc. as national manager and head training-Egnosi (Scaale Group). For two and a half years, he worked out of Mumbai and Pune, spearheading the entire learning & development department of the business group,

Kaushik Das’ next stop was D’décor Home Fabrics, in February of 2016. As senior manager-learning and development (L&D), he established best practices in L&D and strategically managed the overall talent development framework in what was probably the world’s largest woven upholstery mill. September of 2017 saw him joining Siemens as L&D partner-Global Learning Campus. For four years, he drove people-development topics with focus on leadership, sales, and customer service in India. He also collaborated with the global learning team in Germany to drive the global learning strategy with a localised approach.

It was in August 2021 that his association with Citi began. For the first year and a half he was vice president-talent and development lead Citibank, South Asia. In 2023, he was elevated to senior VP and head-talent, learning and DEI Citi, South Asia. Since April of 2024, he had been the senior VP, HR (learning and culture, East Cluster and Indian Subcontinent).

In his latest assignment at TIAA, Kaushik Das will lead, drive and execute key initiatives in talent management, performance management, as well as learning and development to build an inclusive culture leading to innovation, performance and excellence.
