After almost a year and a half with Sterling Addlife, the corporate entity that owns, manages, and operates the Sterling chain of hospitals, Kuldeep Mehta has been promoted to assistant general manager-HR, training and development. Mehta had joined as senior manager-training and development in November of 2024.
Armed with a master’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Kuldeep Mehta began his professional journey as an assistant professor at Atmiya Institute of Pharmacy, at Rajkot in Gujarat, in 2008.
Over three years later, he became head. After almost a decade with the Institute, he moved on to join Apollo Pharmacy in 2018. He started off as assistant manager and in just over three years, he became manager, handling training and development, working out of Gujarat.
Mehta’s next stop was Troikaa Pharmaceuticals where he worked as senior manager, training and development for over two years, from 2022 to 2024.
It was in November of 2024 that he came to be associated with Sterling.
Known to welcome challenges in training, those who have worked with him appreciate his versatility, calm demeanour, out-of-the-box thinking and innovative approach to training.
He still remains a Member – Board of Studies of Pharmacy (Industry) of Atmiya University.
He holds a certification in Healthcare Management from the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (Saksham).
