Fibe.India (formerly EarlySalary) has promoted Monica Anshul Mishra to chief human resources (CHRO). Till now she had been heading human capital management at the fintech startup.
A science graduate who also holds an MBA in human resources and marketing, Monica Anshul Mishra spent a year with Piramal Pharma, as an HR generalist in the initial phase of her professional journey, in 2005. She then moved to Reliance Retail as talent acquisition and business partner-HR.
From July 2008 to 2009, she headed human resources at Catwalk Worldwide, the footwear brand, before joining Yes Bank. She spent almost a decade there, with her last designation at the financial institution being that of group executive vice president-human capital management, Yes Bank.
July of 2020 saw her founding her own startup, hrforstartup.
Two years later, she joined Fibe.India, in August 2022, as head of human capital management.
This diligent HR professional is known for her people-management skills and her ability to get the best out of people.
