    Murari Madhab Mishra appointed VP-HR, APAC, Cotiviti

    After successfully playing CHRO at OneSource for over three years, Murari Madhab Mishra has joined Cotiviti as vice president-HR, APAC.

    Mishra, an alumnus of Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneshwar), began his tryst with HR as plant HR manager-manufacturing, at Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, in 2005. After this, he moved to Aliens Group, as DGM-HR, in the same city, that is, Hyderabad in 2008.

    He then turned entrepreneur with LBM Biofuel Industries in 2009. Two years later, he returned to Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, as expatriate compensation lead, EM & HR head, ASEAN, in 2011. A little over two years later, he was elevated to head-HR, Central Asia commercial business. This role saw him relocating to Kazakhstan for two years and nine months. In 2016 came another promotion which brought him back to Hyderabad as associate director. His second stint at Dr Reddy’s lasted over seven years.

    Mishra’s next stop was Jio where he joined as GM and HR head, leadership and succession. Working out of Mumbai, he was responsible for the talent management of over 50,000 employees from 2018 to 2021.

    The next three years, from 2021 to January of 2025, MM Mishra was associated with OneSource Specialty Pharma, based out of Bengaluru.

    Known to be a thorough professional, an excellent listener and a very approachable individual, Murari Madhab Mishra’s meticulous planning and execution skills will be prove to be an asset to Cotiviti.
