After successfully serving as senior human resources business partner, AstraZeneca, for more than two years, Natasha K has taken on the role of executive director-human resources, NCR Voyix.
Armed with an MBA in human resources, Natasha K, an engineering graduate, began her professional journey handling talent engagement at Mahindra Satyam BPO, in 2009. Just over a year into this role, she moved to SAP where she looked after onboarding and background check for new hires along with vendor management and exit formalities among other responsibilities for over a year. Then followed a short stint with Sapient, after which she returned to SAP as HR service consultant. From 2013 to 2015, she stayed on at SAP with her key responsibilities including process implementation, improvements to match global norms, standardisation and simplification as part of global strategy.
Her next stop was athenahealth where she joined as lead human resources in December of 2015. For a year and a half, she partnered with the global team to build and maintain the HR knowledge base, HR web pages, governance and data correctness. She was elevated to associate manager human resources in August 2017.
June of 2018 saw her joining Fiserv as senior human resources manager, based out of Chennai. This stint lasted four years.
It was in May 2022 that she moved to AstraZeneca as senior human resources business partner.
Now, at NCR Voyix—the digital commerce provider that enables 26 million transactions per hour—she is eager to play executive director, human resources, for India.
