Mitrabinda Mishra has been appointed the general manager -human resources at NoBroker.com. Her previous role at Zepto sharpened her expertise to build and scale HR systems for rapid growth, an experience she now brings to strengthen NoBroker’s people strategy.
After completing a BE in Electronics and Communication, Mishra started her career at Infosys in 2009 as a system engineer where she scaled to assistant business analyst post before quitting in November 2016 to start her own freelance interior designing projects.
She went on to do a PGDM in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
In July 2017, BAeHAL Software roped her in as a senior business associate -HR and recruitment where she stayed put for almost four years.
In May 2021, she was appointed as the assistant manager at Bento Designs where she worked for four months before joining Dunzo as a senior manager- talent acquisition in August 2021. Her responsibilities included salary negotiations, talent pipelining, communication, niche and global talent acquisition, leadership hiring, strategic recruitment planning, HR and strategic hiring.
September of 2024 saw Mishra joining Zepto as the senior manager-talent acquisition.
Her move to NoBroker.com, a brokerage-free property-search portal, marks a step up from leading talent acquisition at Zepto to overseeing a broader HR strategy that enables growth, performance and an exceptional employee experience.
Mishra has effectively “taken the leap from technical problem solving to people-centric problem solving” and proved her expertise in designing talent strategies that fuel business goals, finding niche talent for high impact roles and building candidate experiences that reflect the brand’s energy and ambition.
