Dabur Research Foundation appoints Priyanka Gaur as HR head. Moving from FyneHand, she’s set to lead people strategy with over two decades of experience in HR and business growth at the Indian contract research organisation.

Gaur started her professional journey in 2003 at JLL in HR and administration, staying until 2006. From 2006 to 2007, she worked at Hindustan Times as senior executive HR. She then moved to NDTV as deputy manager HR from 2007 to 2010, where she managed compensation and benefits. Between 2011 and 2014, she headed learning and development at Escorts Kubota.

In 2014, Gaur started her own consulting business, helping companies with hiring, talent management, and leadership development until 2016. She returned to full-time HR in 2016 as head of human resources at Proterial, where she led hiring, ran a leadership-development programme, and set up four digital knowledge centres across India by 2018.

From 2018 to 2023, she was general manager –strategic alliances and sales at Reliance Entertainment, managing the northern region’s business, leading teams, and building long-term client relationships. She later worked as client partner at NGS Global from 2023 to 2024, focusing on senior-level hiring. Since June of 2024, she has been working as an associate partner at FyneHand where she advised organisations on leadership hiring, talent strategy, and organisational growth initiatives.

In her new assignment at Dabur, Gaur will lead HR for the company, with special interest in building strong teams, shaping the company’s culture, enhancing its working, and developing future leaders.
Gaur has completed executive education at UCLA and IIM Kozhikode and is currently pursuing an LLB to strengthen her understanding of business and governance.

We at HRKatha wish Priyanka Gaur all the best in her new assignment.
