AIonOS, a company dealing in generative AI technologies, has appointed Raj T as the new chief human resources officer. Raj comes with over two decades of experience.

In the initial years of his professional journey he was HR manager, Hinduja TMT, from 2002 to 2006. He then moved to Eicher Engineering Solutions as head of human resources for a stint of about a year and a half.

In 2008, Raj joined Punj Lloyd as group general manager, HR, dividing his time between Singapore and UAE.

June of 2010 saw him joining Thomas Cook as senior vice president-HR, working out of India and Nepal for over two years.

Raj’s next stop was Cipla, where he took on the role of head HR-corp and international business, handling APAC and South Africa.

Between March 2014 and 2016, he founded 7Redstones, before taking up the position of vice president-HR, Concentrix, India and ASEAN, in April 2016.

After a successful tenure of almost six years with Concentrix, Raj moved to Advantage Club Technologies, as CSO and head of HR, in March 2022.

An alumnus of the Symbiosis Institute of Management, Raj has also completed a course in creating managerial impact and leadership effectiveness, talent management, succession planning and career development, from IIM-Ahmedabad.

A gentleman and a people’s person, Raj is known for his wonderful ideas, commitment, passion and compassion. He is sure to be an asset to AIonOS, an AI business venture between InterGlobe and Assago. HRKatha wishes Raj all the best in his new assignment!
