Her priorities include building a future-ready workforce with capabilities in data, AI, cloud, and engineering; accelerating reskilling; and strengthening key cultural enablers such as recognition, wellbeing, experimentation, and DE&I. As a member of the India Leadership Committee, Ritu Tushir will also contribute to the strategic direction of the bank’s operations in the country.
She is looking forward to “building critical future skills, deepening the talent strategy, and embedding a culture where inclusion and accountability go hand in hand”.
Ruchika Panesar, country head, India & chief digital & information officer (CDIO), group functions, NatWest Group, feels Tushir’s “expertise will be instrumental in building a future-ready organisation that helps us succeed with customers as a trusted partner to them.”
