Swapnil Kulkarni began his professional journey as an executive-HR, TE Connectivity, in January of 2005. He spent the first three years of his career getting exposed to a range of HR activities including, management of white-collar employees, administration of training programmes, employee-engagement activities, pay roll, canteen management as well as industrial relations.

In 2011, he moved from Mumbai to Bangalore to handle national HR role for the sales and marketing vertical. He drove HR culture across the network, and looked after talent acquisition, talent development, as well as employee engagement for the entire retail network. In October of 2014 he was elevated to senior manager-human resources and partnered with business, handling workforce planning, talent management, capability building and employee engagement.

After a decade-long association with Volvo, Swapnil Kulkarni joined Philips as general manager, human resources, in 2018. Post over seven and a half years of handling HR for Philips’ healthcare business, he has now taken up the role of director-HR, Pall Corporation, a New York-headquartered Danahar company, which manufactures high-tech filtration, separation and purification products.
