Mukesh Batra has taken up the role of chief human resources officer at Technico Industries. He was earlier with RK Business Group as strategic HR leader/CHRO since February of 2025.

Backed by over three decades of experience, Batra comes with a deep understanding of the business and the ability to orient HR strategy to suit the same.

Way back in June of 1990, he joined NIIT Technologies as assistant manager-HR and operations. He then moved to BaaN Software as manager-HR and administration. He successfully managed HR across multiple technology delivery centres with operations in India and the US. He went on to serve CSAV Norasia in a similar capacity and later joined HCL Technologies as senior manager-HR and administration.

Spice Group roped him in for the role of vice president-HR, facilities, stores and administration.

From September of 2010 to November of 2014, he was associated with Videocon Group as vice president-HR and administration.
December of 2014 saw Batra joining Rocket Internet Group as vice president-HR (operations and administration).

It was in 2016 that he took up the role of vice president-HR at Motherson Group where he spent almost six years leading the HR function for diversified automotive manufacturing, digital technology, IT software deployment, healthcare, and logistics businesses with global operations.

Mukesh Batra’s next stop was OPG Mobility where he played VP-HR for over two and a half years, before moving to RK Business Group, as strategic HR leader/CHRO, in 2025.

Known to be a deadline-oriented person and a customer-focused strategist, he will be an asset to Technico Industries, a company that  manufactures high-quality automotive components.
