    Trading Technologies appoints Yogesh Ramdasani as director-people strategy & operations, APAC

    Ramdasani moves from Adani Enterprises where he was lead-human resources and administration

    Trading Technologies, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology platform working in the global capital markets industry, has roped in Yogesh Ramdasani for the role of director- people strategy & operations, Asia Pacific. He moves from Adani Enterprises where he was lead-human resources and administration.

    An alumnus of the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Yogesh Ramdasani holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.

    Ramdasani began his professional journey as a trainee-corporate social responsibility, Shroffs Foundation Trust. He then moved to Peoples Training and Research Centre, as trainee-worker and labour upliftment initiatives. He was a summer intern at Indian Farmers Fertilisers Cooperative for a while before serving as trainee at Netafim Irrigation and also at Alstom Power.

    From June 2011 to March 2016, he served as associate manager-corporate human resources, Adani Ports and SEZ. April of 2016 saw him taking on the role of associate manager-group human resources team, Adani Group. Two years into this role he was elevated to associate manager, group HR technology team. By October of 2019, he was heading human resources for Adani Total.

    A little less than five years later, he became lead-human resources and administration, Adani Enterprises.

    Now, in his latest assignment at Trading Technologies, Yogesh Ramdasani will lead strategic HR initiatives that align talent, systems and processes with business growth across diverse markets. He will focus on driving organisational agility, enhancing employee experience, and building scalable people operations that support innovation and performance.
