After a successful stint of over six years with CBRE, Nidhi Puri has taken on the role of senior vice president, people partner-South Asia, at WPP Media.
Armed with an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis, Puri joined Blue Dart as a key accounts executive in 1998. Over a year later, she moved to Trisoft Systems as HR and resourcing executive, in June of 2000.
Over three years later, she accepted the role of resourcing executive at HCL Comnet, in August 2003.
From November 2004 to March 2009 Nidhi Puri served Hewitt Associates as human resources advisor|head-HR-benefits outsourcing business, Hewitt TDC.
Her next stop was Affiliated Computer Services, where she dabbled in project management as chief of staff operations for a while before joining Genpact. For the next two years, she played consultant (APAC programme manager-executive referrals).
February of 2018 was witness to Puri being appointed head-people business partnering at CBRE. Six years later, she is now set to lead the people strategy for WPP Media, WPP’s global media collective, across the South Asia region.
She will be tasked with driving talent transformation, organisational effectiveness, and culture-building initiatives to support business growth.
