Zensciences, the Indian independent B2B marketing and consulting firm that partners with technology, consulting, and high-growth enterprises worldwide, has roped in Rohit Lodhi for the role of chief strategy advisor. He moves from Synclariti Solutions where he was co-founder and chief strategy officer since 2011.

Backed by over 28 years of blended corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Rohit Lodhi has helped brands grow, navigate complexity, engage with C-level leaders, and drive meaningful growth nationally and globally, by blending strategic insight, holistic approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and structured bias for action to drive impact.

A physics graduate from Fergusson College, Rohit Lodhi completed a PGDM in Marketing Management in 1995 and then a Management Excellence Programme in 2008 from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

The initial year of his professional journey was spent with Trikaya Grey Advertising as an account executive. He then moved to Lintas in 1997, as senior account executive (Quadrant-an APL company). Almost two years later, in 1999, he switched to TBWA\Worldwide, as account group manager.

Rohit Lodhi’s next stop was Hakuhodo Percept, as group key account manager, from 2001 to 2003.

Capgemini appointed him global head, brand and AVP-marketing (iGate-Patni) in 2003. Till December of 2011, he was global head of corporate marketing, brand and ecosystem relations leading a team of 35 (formally iGate-Patni, acquired by Capgemini).

April of 2012 saw Lodhi taking up the role of vice president, strategic services-APAC, at ITSMA. He spent almost 11 years there driving global strategic services, advisory insights, ABM training and member engagement for India and APAC region.

Rohit Lodhi co-founded Synclariti Solutions in January of 2011 and has been driving the strategic consulting and growth of the advisory-to-action firm, as chief strategic officer for almost 14 and a half years now.

At Zensciences, Lodhi will strengthen the firm’s advisory-led growth services for enterprises worldwide. Lodhi “brings a rare combination of strategic insight, advisory depth, and entrepreneurial mindset,” said Rahul Koul, co-founder and partner, Zensciences. “His appointment strengthens our ability to solve complex client challenges and scale outcome-led programs globally,” he said.

“With Rohit’s addition, we have significantly strengthened our advisory team of analysts and brand strategists,” said Rohit Kumar, co-founder and Partner, Zensciences. In this new assignment, Rohi Lodhi will focus on helping “clients navigate complexity, engage with strategic stakeholders, and accelerate growth by blending strategy with execution. Together, we will bring a sharper impact across deals, clients, employees, and leadership”.
