Honeywell has promoted Deepti Vij Verma as the senior director-HR for India, ASEAN and East Asia, effective April 2026, expanding her mandate across the company’s building automation business. The move strengthens Honeywell’s people strategy in high-growth Asian markets, with a focus on succession planning, leadership development, and building a future-ready workforce across India, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.

Prior to this elevation, Deepti Vij Verma served as regional head TA from April 2024 to March 2026, leading end-to-end talent acquisition across 13 countries in India, China and Asia Pacific. She joined Honeywell in October 2020 as director TA, where she drove stakeholder experience and hyper-fulfilment for 3.5 years.

Her career graph reflects two decades of HR leadership. She spent seven years at EY, first as assistant director-talent from 2013 to 2017 acquiring best-in-class talent for transaction advisory, then as associate director HR from 2017 to 2020 shaping people & culture strategy for strategy and transactions across India and Poland. Earlier, she served a seven-year tenure at Bank of America as manager- talent from 2006 to 2013, supporting multiple business verticals. She began her HR journey in 2004 with Saffron as HR executive and moved to Bright Point India as senior executive HR from 2004 to 2006, managing end-to-end HR, talent acquisition, and OD initiatives.

We at HRKatha wish her all the best!
