ViSure Investment Affairs, a Mumbai-based investment advisory and capital markets firm, has appointed Jyoti Menezes as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO). Menezes steps into the CHRO role after an independent stint as a leadership coach and virtual CHRO. During this period she also co-founded Semco Style Consultants in April 2026, advising organisations on leadership development and organisational design.

The core of her career was shaped during an 18-year tenure with Piramal Group. From June 2006 to April 2015, she served as lead HR for the consumer products business. In that role she led post-merger integration of a 250-member team following the Boots acquisition, restructured grades and compensation, and expanded the head office team from 15 to 40. She also built competency frameworks and drove culture initiatives that reduced HO attrition to 10 per cent.

In April 2015, Menezes moved to Piramal Corporate and IndiaRF as head HR, a position she held till April 2024. Over nine years, she partnered with senior leadership on enterprise-wide people strategy, talent and succession planning, performance management, compensation, and large-scale organisational transformation aligned to Vision 2020.

With experience spanning HR strategy, talent management, succession, and transformation, Menezes is expected to lead ViSure’s people charter with a focus on leadership development and future-ready culture.

The company extended best wishes to Menezes and the ViSure team for the next phase of growth.

We at HRKatha wish Jyoti Menezes continued success in her new role!
