The next edition of Tata Technologies’ hiring campaign focussed on gender diversity, #Reignite, has been announced. This hiring campaign by the global product engineering and digital services company empowers women engineers on a career break, helping them restart or ‘reignite’ their careers.

This is Tata Technologies’ way of promoting gender diversity across its workforce and upholding its vision of #EngineeringABetterWorld.

The initiative provides structured training, mentorship, and real-world project experiences so that talented women are empowered to reconnect with their professional aspirations.

The company understands how women are often forced to take a break from their careers due to family responsibilities and childcare commitments. With technology and skills evolving at a rapid rate, it is not easy for these women to re-enter the active workforce as they find themselves not skilled enough.

The #Reignite 2025 campaign invites women engineering graduates on a career break to apply for the #Reignite programme and restart their career with confidence.

The platform offers a blend of specialised training, hands-on experiences, and premier online learning resources. The last date for submitting applications is 24 February 2025 at https://www.tatatechnologies.com/in/reignite-hiring/. The orientation for the selected candidates or ‘reigniters’ will be on 6 March, 2025.

All talented women engineers on a break who wish to restart their careers can apply to give a push to their passion, upskill, and carve a future in engineering innovation.

In the first stage, Explore, the shortlisted women will be invited to the orientation sessions where modern digital engineering services will be covered. They will also be given skills to ace interviews, with the outstanding performers progressing to the second stage of the programme. Everyone receives a certificate for successful completion of the Reignite orientation programme.

In the second stage, Elevate, Tata Technologies will train the women to enhance soft skills and technical knowledge in core project domains. Top performers move to the next stage, while the rest receive a certificate.

In the third stage, called Engage, the women embark on a paid internship under the guidance of seasoned mentors. This phase includes one-on-one expert guidance, hands-on project work, and valuable professional insights. Top performers get an opportunity to be part of the Tata Technologies team, while all participants receive a Reignite Internship Programme Certificate acknowledging their journey.

Additionally, Tata Technologies offers opportunities to work on global projects, upskill through classroom and e-learning platforms, and collaborate with a 12,500+ global talent pool.
