Seclore, a global data-security company, has wrapped up the 2026 edition of its long-running employee wellbeing and social-impact programme called Catch’em.
The initiative links everyday fitness activities with community outcomes, and has been part of Seclore’s culture for over ten years.
This year, employees across different countries took part in 1,001 fitness activities—running, walking, cycling, and more—covering a total of 6,244 kilometres. Around 30 to 40 per cent of the global workforce joined in, showing strong participation across teams and locations.
The effort was tied to a bigger purpose. Each activity contributed to supporting education and nutrition for underprivileged children through the Pragati Project, run in partnership with an NGO. In this way, employee energy translated directly into help for communities.
Shraddha Reghe, vice president – people practices, Seclore, explained that the company designs programmes that turn intent into action. She noted that
Catch’em is a clear example of how employee engagement can be aligned with outcomes that matter in real life. According to her, the steady participation year after year shows how teams unite around a shared purpose. Over time, this has built a strong link between everyday fitness and lasting social impact, making
Catch’em an important part of Seclore’s approach to both culture and community.
Looking ahead, Catch’em continues to grow as a way for Seclore to connect employee wellbeing with measurable social outcomes, strengthening teamwork across geographies while supporting children and communities at scale.
