Team Detailing Solutions, a Chennai-based IT company, has implemented significant measures to boost staff morale and productivity. The company has marked Diwali with an extraordinary gesture by gifting 28 cars and 29 motorcycles to its employees.

The vehicles include top models from brands such as Hyundai, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, and Mercedes-Benz, all presented to employees in recognition of their hard work and dedication. Many of the recipients come from low-income backgrounds, making this gesture particularly meaningful.

The company took this step as part of its ongoing commitment to acknowledging the contributions of its 180 skilled employees. The company highlighted the importance of rewarding performance-based efforts, reinforcing that employees are viewed as the company’s most valuable assets.

While the gesture was aimed at showing appreciation for their role in the company’s success, this isn’t the first time Team Detailing Solutions has gone out of its way to honour staff members. In 2022, two senior employees were similarly awarded cars for their outstanding dedication.

Beyond the vehicle gifts, the company has also increased its financial support for employee weddings. It has raised the contribution from Rs 50,000 to Rs 1 lakh this year. Additionally, the Diwali bonuses were credited to employees’ accounts promptly, with many expressing emotional gratitude due to the timing of the bonus, which followed a difficult period for the company after the loss of a revered leader.

Through these initiatives, Team Detailing Solutions continues to set an example of employee appreciation and engagement, focusing on both morale and tangible rewards for its workforce.
