SalarySe, the 360° Indian financial benefits platform has appointed Sunita Cherian, HR leader, as advisor.

Backed by almost three decades of experience at Wipro, Cherian was most recently serving as chief culture officer and senior vice president – human resources. Building people-first workplaces at scale is her forte.

As an advisor at SalarySe, she will work in tandem with the leadership team across product strategy, employee experience design, and market positioning to help build more employee-centric and enterprise-relevant financial solutions.

Sunita Cherian looks “forward to working closely with the SalarySe leadership in fuelling the company’s growth trajectory”. The role gives her an opportunity “to share insights on product roadmaps and market strategies aimed at driving innovation. I’m also delighted to see SalarySe’s new product offerings, with flexi benefits and device benefits, reflecting the platform’s strong understanding of evolving workplace needs and the opportunity to create value for both employees and employers.”

Piyush Bagaria, co-founder, SalarySe, is relying on Cherian’s “in-depth understanding of people and organisations” to bring a “valuable perspective” as the 360° financial benefits platform for salaried professionals continues to grow. The platform is designed to empower over 100 million salaried individuals and their families to spend, save, invest, and plan their salaries strategically. The platform uses employer integration to systematically manage credit risk and expand responsible revolving credit access.
