Zip Electric has unveiled its ‘Zip Diwali Bonanza’ campaign, offering special benefits and incentives to its delivery partners in celebration of the festive season. This initiative aims to recognise the valuable contributions of delivery pilots who play a crucial role in quick-commerce and food delivery, especially during the busy Diwali period.
As part of this campaign, the five longest-serving Zip pilots will share a pool of Rs 15 lakh through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This initiative is designed to honour their dedication and provide them with financial stability and future security.
In addition to the ESOP offerings, the ‘Zip Diwali Bonanza’ will reward the top 30 delivery pilots across India with gold and silver coins, recognising their exceptional performance. On Diwali day, 31 October, all current and former Zip pilots will have the unique opportunity to double their income, allowing them to benefit from the heightened demand during the festive season.
To further support its delivery partners, Zip Electric has introduced a rent-to-own scheme. This programme enables long-standing Zip pilots to acquire electric scooters at no additional cost, promoting vehicle ownership and enhancing their independence.
