Allana Group, an exporter of branded processed food products and agro commodities, has appointed Abhimanyu Sen as its new group chief human resources officer (CHRO). The announcement, made on LinkedIn on Tuesday, 18 March, 2025, marks a significant addition to the company’s leadership team.
In this new role Sen is expected to guide Allana Group through its HR transformation journey. His expertise will be valuable in helping the organisation navigate the evolving workforce landscape while upholding its core values and vision for future growth.
He will lead and manage the HR function for the entire Allana Group of companies and businesses across its full value chain, covering all its products and functions including procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, processing, logistics, sales & distribution, exports, new product development, cold chain solutions, warehouses, and CSR.
Prior to this, Sen was associated with Mahindra Group as its head-HR. He joined the company in the year 2017 and held many key leadership roles across different verticals within the Mahindra Group.
An alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, he has worked with many renowned brands such as GE, Kotak Life Insurance, EY and ICICI Bank.
With over two decades of experience in human resources, Sen brings a wealth of expertise across financial services, motor vehicle manufacturing, industrial machinery manufacturing, insurance, professional services, and banking industries. His expertise lies in talent acquisition, employee engagement, organisational development and leadership effectiveness.
Before joining Allana Group, Sen held several senior HR leadership roles in various sectors. His track record of building and executing robust human-capital strategies aligned with business objectives underscores his capability to drive transformational change. His leadership is expected to reinforce Allana Group’s people-centric culture and support the development of a dynamic, high-performing workforce.
