Allianz Technology, the global IT services and consulting firm, has appointed Mansi Nigam as chief people & culture officer, India. Nigam moves after almost seven years of association with BNY, where she joined in 2019.
With a BE in Computer Science, Mansi Nigam went on to complete an MBA in Human Resources; Marketing.
After working as an assistant systems engineer with Tata Consultancy Services for over three and a half years, she interned with the Tata Group’s Human Resource Development Programme (Tata HRDP) in April of 2011. From there began her tryst with HR.
From 2012 to 2014, she served as HR manager-talent management| HR Management Associate Programme, at HP, working out of Gurgaon, Mumbai, as well as Palo Alto, US.
She played talent-management lead for India at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from June of 2014 to May of 2016.
A guest faculty at Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi for a short while, Mansi Nigam began her association with Syngenta in June of 2016. She played HR business partner|APAC finance operations for over a year and a half before being promoted to senior manager| compensation and benefits and talent management.
Less than a year into this role, she was elevated yet again in 2019. This time she was made head of people and organisation development-South Asia.
April of 2019 saw Mansi Nigam taking up the role of vice president| HR business partner| technology and operations, BNY. Less than three years later, she was promoted to senior vice president| HR business partner| India engineering. By April of 2025 she had climbed to the position of senior vice president| HRBP |global fund services ops |India ops.
Now, in her latest assignment at Allianz Technology, Nigam will continue to contribute her positive energy and quality consciousness as always.
