Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group has appointed Amit Singh as group chief human resources officer (GCHRO). In the new role, Singh will play a central role in shaping people strategies that align with the company’s growth ambitions.
The move comes at a time when the company is actively expanding and sharpening its focus on organisational culture, agility, and talent development. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, particularly in financial services, Singh brings deep expertise in building high-performance teams and leading transformation journeys.
Before joining ASK, Singh served as the chief people officer, PNB Housing Finance, from 2021-2025. In this role, he led significant reforms across HR, administration, CSR and ESG functions.
His earlier stints include senior leadership roles at SBI Funds Management, IDFC First Bank, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and Blue Star Infotech.
Commenting on the appointment, Sunil Rohokale, co-founder, CEO and MD, ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, said the addition of Amit to the leadership team reinforces their commitment to ASK 3.0—a phase focused on transformation and scale. “His leadership in HR innovation, employer branding, and change management will help us foster a culture driven by excellence and long-term purpose,” Rohokale said.
Singh also expressed enthusiasm about joining the company at such a pivotal juncture. “I’m excited to be a part of ASK’s growth story. The focus on a client-first approach and people-centric values is what drew me here. I look forward to helping build an inclusive and future-ready workplace,” he said.
Singh holds an MBA and is an ICF-certified coach.
