    Anand Jha to play CHRO, BIBA Fashion

    Jha moves from Lodha Ventures (Bonito Designs), where he was head of human resources for over three years

    Anand Jha has been appointed chief human resources officer (CHRO), BIBA Fashion. He has moved from Lodha Ventures (Bonito Designs)—where he was head of human resources for over three years—to take up this role.

    This alumnus of the Xavier Institute of Social Service began his tryst with human resources in 2003, as talent-acquisition specialist, at Oracle Financial Services Software, Bengaluru. Three years later, he moved to Accenture Services to handle talent acquisition-leadership hiring in the same city.

    April of 2008 saw him moving to Mumbai to take up the role of zonal manager-human resources, Reliance Nippon Life Insurance. Less than three years later, he moved again, to join Aditya Birla Group as head of human resources. During his over four-year long stint there, he played zonal HR head for Birla Sun Life Insurance (Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan) and HR head, Hindalco Industries, Hirakud, Odisha.

    His next stop was Vodafone where he served as vice president-human resources for over two years.

    March of 2018 was witness to Anand Jha returning to Bengaluru to take up the role of head of human resources, Sical Logistics, Café Coffee Day Company.

    It was in July of 2021 that Jha joined Lodha Ventures as head-HR putting to test his skills in startup icubation , talent acquisition, talent management, employee learning & development, as well as organisational development.

    Known for his intelligence and energy, Anand Jha’s analytical skills and result-oriented approach are sure to be an asset to BIBA Fashions. HRKatha wishes him all the best!
