Kenvue, a global consumer health company has elevated Bhawna Bakshi to lead executive and leadership hiring. For the past two and a half years, Bakshi has been essaying the role of global experience owner, Kenvue, based out of Singapore.
After interning with The Energy Research Institute (TERI) and the Central Water Commission, Bhawna Bakshi joined Public Utilities Board (PUB), National Water Agency, in 2006. For four years she was based out of Singapore, involved in the implementation and management of water resources infrastructure projects including state-of-the-art membrane-based $250 million water-treatment plant, in Singapore.
Korn Ferry appointed her as senior associate, global industrial markets, in 2012. Five years into this role, in 2017, she was elevated to client partner, global industrial markets.
The year 2020 saw her moving to Enabling.Win to look after business development. For a year and four months, she led the commercialisation of ‘My.Win Platform’ equipping decision makers in the food Industry with the powerful digital tool that drives business performance.
Her next stop was Johnson & Johnson, where she handled executive search from 2021 to 2023, helping leaders and teams in consumer health and supply chain reach their full potential, make better talent decisions and increase value creation.
It was in May of 2023 that she began her association with Kenvue as global people experience owner, creating intelligent experiences based on a deep understanding of the employees.
With her elevation, she will now lead Kenvue’s executive and leadership hiring for the Asia-Pacific region. She has already helped the company in advancing employee experience and driving digital HR transformation.
Her expertise in executive search, leadership consulting, and strategic talent management will continue to be an asset to Kenvue.
