After a long and successful tenure at Vedanta Resources that lasted well over nine and a half years, Bina Belani switched to Wipro.

From 2016 to 2018, Belani served as head of HRBP, product engineering services cluster, Wipro.

May of 2019 saw Bina Belani joining SLK Group as head of HRBP. Her stint there lasted two years and eight months after which she began her association with Jio Platforms. She joined as head of human resources, retail technology, in December of 2021.

Known for her rare blend of strategic thinking and empathetic leadership, Bina Belani’s excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be an asset to Ascend Telecom Infrastructure, independent owner and provider of passive telecom infrastructure on a shared, multi tenancy basis for the Indian mobile services and wireless sector.
