    Biswajit Deb moves from AP Moller to ABB as people leader-talent acquisition

    Deb spent three years at AP Moller, as talent acquisition and attraction manager and lead-DEI (GSC)

    After a successful three-year long tenure with AP Moller, Biswajit Deb has taken up the role of people leader-talent acquisition, ABB.

    A commerce graduate from Gujarat University, Biswajit Deb has completed a PGCHRM in Human Resource Development, from XLRI Jamshedpur.

    From 2011 to 2014, he was associated with Claris as human resource business partner, working out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

    Deb moved to Adani Ports and SEZ in September of 2014, taking up the role of HR business partner, at Mundra, Gujarat. Less than three years into this role, he was elevated and spent the next over three and a half years handling leadership hiring-corporate.

    April of 2021 saw him being appointed senior manager-HR, Intas Pharmaceuticals.

    It was in October of 2022 that he joined AP Moller as talent acquisition and attraction manager and lead-diversity, equity and inclusion (GSC).

    Known to be a well read and dynamic HR professional, Biswajit Deb’s former colleagues have always appreciated his efficiency, professionalism, fearlessness and energy.
