Charlotte Wolf Tarfa, who has been associated with The Coca-Cola Company since 2021, has been elevated to vice president, people & culture – India & Southwest Asia.

She joined the food and beverage brand in November of 2021, as global senior director, talent and development. For over four years she served as a key partner and influencer to executive and functional leaders, designing and enabling talent strategies and initiatives with consistency and high quality, for about 8500 colleagues globally, across varying functions and employee populations.

In April of 2024, she was promoted to VP-global talent strategy and succession. She successfully led the strategy and execution of global talent and succession initiatives for over 200+ global markets, aligning people strategies to The Coca-Cola Company’s long-term business goals.

With this latest promotion, Tarfa will be expected to lead the people strategy across India and South West Asia, aligning talent, culture and leadership development priorities with the company’s long-term growth ambitions while strengthening diverse and skills-based leadership pipelines.

Charlotte Wolf Tarfa has worked as a programme manager with HRC International from 2010 to 2011, serving as talent consultant and business partner to globally-renowned hotel companies in the US.
She joined Unique Multilingual as senior international consultant, where she led talent acquisition of international multilingual talent by building strong partnerships with HR and business leaders of international corporations located in The Netherlands.

It was four and a half years later, that Tarfa moved from the Netherlands back to Atlanta, to begin a six-year stint with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) as HR generalist-Americas corporate and global functions.

Nine months into this role, she was elevated to corporate talent development, performance and D&I specialist. Another quick promotion less than a year and a half later, put her in the position of global HR business partner. By June of 2020 she had become the director-corporate and leadership learning and development.

Known for her ability to create a structure amid chaos, this independent problem solver and creative thinker will continue to be an asset to The Coca-Cola Company.

    All the best Charlotte!
