    Dipti Puri appointed CHRO, Coverfox Insurance

    Puri moves from LoveLocal, where she was people success head for almost three years

    Dipti Puri has been appointed chief human resources officer (CHRO), Coverfox Insurance. She moves from LoveLocal, where she was people success head for almost three years.

    An alumna of Welingkar Institute of Management, Dipti Puri began her HR journey as senior executive-human resources, Intelenet Group of Companies, in 2007.

    Two years later, she moved to InterGlobe Technologies as senior executive human resources.
    Puri’s next stop was Edifice Consultants, as assistant manager-human resources, in April of 2010. Over four years later, she joined GOQii as HR manager. Three and a half years into this role, she was elevated to head-HR, in
    April of 2018. After a successful eight-year long tenure with GOQii, Dipti Puri took up the role of people success head at LoveLocal, a company that helps digitise local retailers to deliver the neighbourhood shopping experience of the future.

    Since handling everything people comes rather naturally to Puri, in her latest assignment at Coverfox Insurance, she will follow a people-centric leadership approach to support the Indian insuretech platform’s “successful growth and constantly evolving people strategy”.

    Skilled in talent acquisition, HR consulting, employee engagement, and succession planning, her experience in employee relations as well as talent management, will stand her in good stead in her role at Coverfox.
