FINDI, a fintech and financial infrastructure firm, has roped in Randeep Singh as its new group chief human resources officer (CHRO). This appointment comes at a time when the company is gearing up for a major national expansion and for its upcoming Indian IPO.
As group CHRO, Singh will oversee the entire human capital strategy across FINDI’s verticals. His mandate includes strengthening the organisational culture, building scalable talent systems, and aligning the workforce with the company’s rapid growth trajectory and IPO plans.
Singh will be based at FINDI’s corporate headquarters in New Delhi and collaborate closely with the leadership teams to shape the next chapter of the company’s journey.
Prior to this, Singh was running his co-founded HR tech platform called HONO, scaled across ten countries, helping organisations build agile and high-performance teams.
Backed by over 23 years of global experience across sectors and geographies, Singh’s career spans major firms such as PwC, Macquarie, Essar, and Reliance Retail. He has led HR transformations across India, the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Deepak Verma, MD & CEO, FINDI, welcomed Singh and stated how his “ deep expertise in HR tech, operational rigour, and global growth makes him the right person to lead our people charter forward. His arrival marks a new chapter for our internal culture – one rooted in trust, empowerment, and sustained excellence.”
In this new role, Singh’s ” focus will be on building a people ecosystem that is future-ready, tech empowered, and grounded in strong human values.”
He hopes to “cultivate a culture where every individual contributes with pride, grows with purpose, and delivers with impact.”
In recent months, FINDI has expanded aggressively. It acquired Tata Communications’ White Label ATM business—rebranded as FindiATM—and BANKIT, now known as FindiBANKIT. With operations spanning Brown Label ATMs, White Label ATMs, merchant-based payment solutions, and unified banking centres, FINDI has managed to establish a robust ecosystem with over 1,000 employees across India.
