Kavitha Ramaiah has taken on the role of director-people development at GlobalLogic, the software development company and part of the Hitachi Group. She moves from Ramaiah moves from Aspen Technology after an association that lasted over seven years.
Having begun her professional journey as a humble HR trainee with Wipro GE Healthcare, about two decades ago, Ramaiah has come a long way.
From 2006 to 2007, she was with Genisys Software as executive HR.
In July of 2007 she joined Headstrong as senior executive-HR for over three years.
Ramaiah’s next stop was Cognizant Technology Solutions where she served as strategic HR business partner for over eight years. During this tenure she handled performance management, quarterly promotion, revision & compensation, annual survey, and so on. She also partnered with the business to develop and implement HR plans and initiatives covering about 3,500 employees in the IT horizontal.
December of 2018 was witness to Kavitha Ramaiah joining Aspen Technology as human resources manager. Three and a half years into this role, she was elevated to senior human resources manager, in May of 2022.
Now, over seven years later, she will be seen building scalable HR frameworks that support growth and innovation at GlobalLogic.
Backed by nearly two decades of experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR business partnering, and organisational development across global tech and services companies, Kavitha Ramaiah will definitely be an asset to the company.
