Sharma brings over 18 years of experience across conglomerates and high-growth startups. Her expertise lies in talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR business partnering. She has led people strategies for large workforces, driving organisational transformation, talent development, and inclusive workplace practices.

Prior to joining HRIPL, Sharma served as head-HR at LEAD School, where she played a key role in integrating acquired businesses, building leadership capabilities, and embedding a pay-for-performance culture.

Earlier, during her decade-long tenure at Godrej Consumer Products, she spearheaded initiatives in talent retention, performance-linked incentives, and diversity and inclusion platforms such as Manch for women in sales. She began her career with the Essar Group in corporate compensation and benefits in the year 2007.

Commenting on the appointment, Dheeraj Arora, MD & CEO, HRIPL, said, “We are delighted to welcome Saloni to the leadership team. Her diverse experience across FMCG and EdTech, coupled with her strong focus on building future-ready talent ecosystems, will be critical as we continue to strengthen our culture, accelerate growth, and deliver value to our consumers and employees alike.”

On her new role, Saloni Sharma said, “I look forward to partnering with the leadership team to nurture talent and foster inclusivity.”

Sharma is a chartered accountant and holds an MBA in HR from SCMHRD, Pune.
