October of 2009 saw him joining Logica as vice president-HR, international and global operations. Less than a year and a half later, he was promoted to vice president-organisational development.

His next stop was Experian, where his association began in January of 2013, as chief human resources officer, UK and Ireland. A promotion came his way almost three years into this role, making him CHRO, North America, in 2015.
