By 2016, Srinivasan had started handling the regional product supply finance, as group manager, based out of Dubai. Over two and a half years into this role came yet another elevation that made her regional forecast operations leader, in 2019. From September 2021 to January 2022, Mrinalini Srinivasan was modern trade and e-commerce-channel finance leader.

January of 2022 saw her returning to Mumbai as senior director, sales finance lead. Over two years into this role, she was elevated yet again, to the role of chief financial officer-P&G Hygiene and Health and group controller-P&G India.
