After a successful tenure at redBus that lasted six years and nine months, Prabhanjan Kulkarni has taken up the role of CHRO at Scripbox, an Indian wealth manager.

An alumnus of Bangalore University and the Asian Institute of Management, Prabhajan Kulkarni started off as a humble software engineer at Dotcom Software in June of 2001. Less than a year later, he joined Infosys BPO as assistant manager, where he dabbled in people management, solution design and consultation and HR shared services for about six years.

March of 2009 saw him moving to Emerson Network Power as management intern conducting a healthcare industry study for the company in the Philippines.

After completing an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, he joined Cisco as HR manager in October of 2009.

Eight years and five months later, he took up the role of associate director-human resources, at Ola .
Kulkarni’s next stop was redBus, the Indian bus ticketing platform, in March of 2019.

In his new assignment at Scripbox, Kulkarni brings over two decades of experience to the table. As CHRO, he will “focus on shaping a people-first, scalable and high-impact organisation”.

A thorough professional and a perfectionist, Prab as his colleagues affectionately call him, is known for his strong leadership attributes and excellent business partnering skills.

HRKatha wishes Prabhanjan Kulkarni all the best as he prepares to “lead the people practice at Scrpbox”!
