National Australia Bank (NAB) has roped in Preeti Verma to play vice president-talent acquisition. She was earlier associate vice president, Trianz, the tech platforms and services company.
An alumna of Delhi University and SKVM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), she started her human resource journey as a humble management trainee-operations, with GE Capital, in 2002. Over three and a half years later, she moved to Genpact to begin an association that lasted over 16 years.
She joined Genpact as assistant manager-human resources, in January of 2006. Less than four years into this role, she was promoted to manager, human resources. For about five and a half years, as HR business partner, she was responsible for HR strategy, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance appraisal process, hiring (campus, mid management), onboarding to exit of employee, analysing and providing inferences and solutions- attrition analysis, bench analysis, and C&B analysis across analytics.
Another promotion in 2015 made her talent management leader, global. Almost two years into this role she was promoted yet again to senior manager, talent acquisition (global). After almost two and a half years of leading a team of talent acquisition specialists to support business hiring requirements across India, she was elevated to assistant vice president, talent acquisition (global), in 2019.
Verma’s next stop was GreyOrange, where she played associate director, talent acquisition (APAC, EMEA, India).
It was in March of 2024 that she took up the role of associate vice president at Trianz.
