    Rohith Kumar joins Arvind Fashions as CHRO

    Arvind Fashions has roped in Rohith Kumar as its new chief human resources officer. Prior to this, Kumar was associated with Hardcastle Restaurants as its chief people officer (CPO). He joined the company in the year 2023.

    With over 16 years of experience in the retail sector, Kumar’s expertise lies in talent management, talent acquisition, career management, organisational development and recruiting.

    He has also worked with many renowned brands such as Landmark Group, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail and HyperCITY Retail.

    Kumar began his professional journey with HyperCITY Retail in 2008, as a management trainee and officer-HR. In this role, he served as an HR generalist, managing all HR verticals for the company.

    His next stop was Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail where he joined as its head-HR for the retail business. He joined the company in 2010 and spent about ten years in this role. In 2020, Kumar moved to Landmark Group as its head-HR.

    Kumar holds a bachelorette degree in business management. He also holds an MBA degree from the Alliance Business School, Bangalore.

    Kumar announced his new stint on LinkedIn and expressed his excitement on becoming “ part of Arvind Family”. Rohith Kumar’s post mentions how much he “looks forward to working with the team here at Arvind.”
