Som Distilleries and Breweries has roped in Sanjeet Tiwary for the role of chief human resources officer (CHRO).
Backed by over two decades of experience, Sanjeet Tiwary began his professional journey with Singhbhum Technocast, as HR executive, in 2001. Almost five years later, he switched to Star Cement, where he joined as senior executive-business HR, in September of 2006, based out of Guwahati.
He moved to Indore in 2007 when he accepted the role of circle lead-talent acquisition and HR operations / hub HR-wireless for MP, CG and Odisha, Reliance Communications.
After a successful tenure at Reliance that lasted over seven years, Sanjeet Tiwary took up the role of circle HR head-Kolkata, Rest of West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand circles, ATC Telecom Infrastructure, in October 2016, and was based out of Kolkata. By 2021, he had been elevated to the position of zonal HR lead, ATC Telecom Infrastructure and worked out of Rajasthan for three years.
September of 2024 saw him joining Altius as circle HR head/HRBP.
Now, in his latest role at Som Distilleries and Breweries, Tiwary will be tasked with strengthening Som’s India people strategies as the organisation focuses on capability building, workforce agility and future-ready HR systems.
