    Saurabh Dalvi to head HR for DHL IT Services in India

    Dalvi was earlier heading talent management for DHL Express

    DHL IT Services has picked Saurabh Dalvi to head its human resources in India. Dalvi has been heading talent management (talent acquisition and employee engagement) for DHL Express since 2018, while his association with DHL began in 2011.

    Saurabh Dalvi, who holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Mumbai University, began his career as a humble HR executive with Patni Computer Services in 2004.

    A year later, he moved to Hewitt Associates for a short while before returning to Patni Computers as an HR Generalist in 2008.

    His next stop was Lavasa Corp where he served as business HR partner for a year and a half.

    It was in May of 2011 that he took on the role of head-performance and programmes. For the next almost seven years he successfully managing regional as well as global programmes, looking into HR performance and HR reporting too.

    March of 2018 saw Saurabh Dalvi being appointed head-talent management (talent acquisition and employee engagement), DHL Express. This role entailed handling employee engagement and talent acquisition for pan India, which Dalvi successfully did for eight years, working out of Mumbai.

    Now, as head of HR for DHL IT Services, known for creating sustainable digital solutions, he will be based out of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

    Given his ability to strengthen people leadership, drive talent acquisition, and foster high-impact employee engagement programmes, Saurabh Dalvi will continue to contribute to hiring strategies and help create a culture of growth across India.
